A.  UJJWAL SAVERA SPONSERSHIP PROGRAMME

  1.Sponsorship to disabled student i.e. Rs. 150/- per month Over 953 students benefited by the scheme, at present 50 children are getting sponsorship by the organization

B.  OTHER EDUCATION FACILITY

  1. Help them to get admission in the Govt. School & Provide Stationary to the Physically Handicapped

  2. Guidelines to the student for scholarship from U.T. & stategovtt. NGO/Public

  3. Education, social Counseling, Guidance for the bright future.

  4. An integrated group of abled children with the Physically challenged study together in equal number from Nursery to class VIII. The institution is affiliated to National Institute of Open School for class IX,XII and also provide Vocational Courses :

• Counseling

• Individual and Group therapy

• Regular session with the Parents of Children

  5. Registration with NIOS for Xth and XIIth Class’s

  6. Organization provided a facilities for cress for local community children

 

C.  KADAM AID-APPLIANCE WORKSHOP:-

To arrange full rehabilitation management of Disabled likes surgery/mobility aids/Appliances like caliper, Crutches, tricycle, wheel chair, stick and other appliance below the age of 18 years, organized a comp at Delhi and near by area

• Arrangement of OPD for People with disability (PWD)

• Arrangement of Physiotherapy for Physically Disabled every evening

C.  EMPLOYMENT

• Registration in Special Employment Exchange and in Vocational Rehabilitation Centre(VRC)

• Placement Service

• Referral to Specialized Agencies.

D.  SELF-EMPLOYMENT(PRAYAS APNA ROZGHAR YOJNA)

• Guidance for self-employment {Self-employment scheme}, who belongs to Economically weaker families (Society had launched Apna Rozgar Yojna (ARY) under which poor, disabled, individual who are illiterate, unskilled and jobless are socioeconomic helped into self-employment. Till March 2011, more thank 1410 such people have been initiated into ARY with 50% success rate. Over 10% of them an earning between Rs. 100 to Rs. 200 Every Day.

• Help the disabled to get physically Disabled M.C.D. P.C.O. Booth (Booth from MCD PCO from MTNL) after the recommendation of VRC

E.  VOCATIONAL TRAINING PROGRAMME(EK PRAYAS)

As part of the Vocational Training Children in the age group of 12 to 18 years have been selected from near by area and help them to get training in different Organization. The main criteria for selecting children for the training are

• Ability potential of the child

• Motivation for learning the job.

• Minimum education background.

• Make them stand on their feet.

• Organization is facilitating the disability Certificate railway concessions Certificate through State designated Hospitals.

• Organization is facilitating the SDM I-Card from Area SDM Office in Delhi

• Organization is facilitating DTC Bus Pass from Area DTC Bus Pass Section

• Individual counseling services and guidance.

• Disseminate information about Govt. Schemes Policies/Benefits/Concessions for disabled persons and Marginalized segments.

• To provide free legal aid to disabled.

G.  JEEWAN PATH (VIRTH MANORANJAN KENDRA)

• This program run for old age person with Deptt. of Social welfare Govt. of Delhi, 50 old age person are daily benefitted under the scheme
