Being employed means being committed to participation in an activity, fellowship with others and an occupational identity. For people with a disability, such aspects are probably even more important, largely because these individuals have become an increasingly marginalized group in contemporary working life, with its great demands for education, flexibility and productivity. VSSD organizes various job fairs with the help of Government, NGO and other companies to create their livelihood opportunity. We prepare candidates for interviews during their training program. Our aim is to one step towards Sustainable Development.
