Empowering persons with disabilities by helping them secure meaningful employment in various companies. With our specialized job placement program, we strive to bridge the gap between companies and persons with disabilities, promoting inclusivity and equal opportunities. Through this project we try to provide persons with disabilities financial independence and improve their quality of life. Viklang Sahara Samiti Delhi provides Job to the PwDs in different sectors like:- Telesales, Retail, Marketing, Banking and Accountancy etc. Viklang Sahara Samiti Delhi learns about job vacancies from various companies and identifies suitable candidates based on the company's specified criteria. We then engage with interested candidates who are actively seeking employment, providing them with the necessary details. Once we have gathered the required data, we facilitate the connection between the company and the candidate. In certain cases, we schedule interview dates where the company representatives visit our center to conduct interviews. Throughout this process, we maintain regular communication with all candidates who are scheduled for interviews.
