Persons with Disabilities (PwDs) are the most marginalized part of our society due to lack of knowledge and proper awareness into them. Approximately 80% of them have no access to any services. In the absence of required facilities many such families are forced to abandon their children on streets. But, it is assumed that an aware and sensitized society can reduce the struggles of such people and their families. Moreover, families need to know the rights of their child. There are several Govt. schemes also there under which based on his/her disability. To address such issues and offer solutions, Viklang Sahara Samiti Delhi has set up its own Counseling Centre called “Viklang Margdarshan Kendra” in year 1994. Since then, this Kendra has served thousand of persons with disabilities and provided counseling to their respective families also. It is a guidance centre that provides information about all the facilities available to Persons with Disability without any botheration.

NIRMAYA Health Insurance Scheme of National Trust : This scheme is for the welfare of persons with Autism, Cerebral palsy, Mental Retardation, intellectual Disability and Multiple Disabilities. Enrolled beneficiaries are facilitated with Nirmaya Policy for their treatment through National trust. Being registered organization of National Trust, our staff is authorized for new / renewal cases.
DISTRIBUTION OF AIDS/APPLIANCES :
To arrange full rehabilitation management of Disabled like:- surgery/mobility Aids/Appliances like Caliper, Crutches, Tricycle, Wheel Chair, stick and other appliance below the age of 18 years is organized a camp at Delhi and nearby area.
Arrange OPD for people with disability (PwDs).
LOAN FOR SELF-EMPLOYMENT : Loan with no interest is provided to set up a small business to individual and Self Help Groups (SHGs) with disabilities to unemployed youths, so as to provide them a change to be self sustainable.

Helps in getting admission in the Govt. Schools & provide Stationary to the physically handicapped.

An Integrated group of Abled children with the Physically Challenged study together in equal number from Nursery to class VIII. The institution is affiliated to National Institute of Open School for class X, XII and provides Vocational Courses Counseling Individual and Group Therapy. Regular Sessions with the parents of Children.
Registration with NIOS for Xth and XIIth Classes.
Organization provided facilities for crèche for local community children.
SELF HELP GROUP : Self-Help Group (SHG) is a small voluntary association of poor people, preferably from the same socio-economic background. They come together for solving their common problems through self-help and mutual help. The SHG promotes small savings among its members. We help to make SHG of beneficiaries.
