Viklang Sahara Samiti Delhi is a Non-Governmental organization working for the welfare and education of disabled and normal youths from the economically weaker sections since 1994. We have noticed that most of the physically challenged in the Mangol Puri (North west Delhi) were not able to avail the facilities provided by the government/state govt., Therefore, we established a social organization in Dec.1994, which was later named as VIKLANG SAHARA SAMITI DELHI.
